BOUCHERVILLE,QC, June 18, 2010 (NewsWireNow) - Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) announced today a cash dividend of 26.91 cents per share for the second quarter of 2010. This dividend shall be paid on July 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the end of the business day on June 30, 2010. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act.

Colabor is a wholesaler and distributor of food and non-food products serving the retail (grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) and food-service (cafeterias, restaurants, hotels, restaurant chains, etc.) markets.
